Opening Statement

Yay the 30th edition of the Times this year! and therefore also the 30th edition written by me, however the first one didn't get published in the end as I and Mad were similarily working on it without knowing it xD
For the next 30!... oh wait we'll never see #60 cuz the year has only 52 weeks

Project Progress

Andrast (In Progress) - Lead: @Tyranystrasz

@jacenpeter has continued the terrain work on the southern part of the Ered Nimrais aka the White Mountains. And that also already concludes the changes in Andrast in the past week.​

Anfalas (On hold) - Lead: @otho

Anfalas is currently on hold and will receive again proper attention once Pelargir is done.

Lamedon (In Progress) - Lead: @_Luk

Again one of the most active and progressive projects is Lamedon, mainly because really many staff member tuned into the various aspects this fief includes. This week we have some new terrain by @Demonataz in southern Lamedon, changes and additions to the locations Rendûl under the lead of @_Luk and Nan dawar under the lead of @Mandos, and lastly new roads in the north.

Lond Daer (In Progress) - Lead: @Mandos

This week's addition to Lond Daer is.... Hogwarts! Well not really but the school does indeed have some similarities to Hogwarts I think
Beyond the city walls we once more got some unique terrain by veteran voxeller @wodleth!

Lothlórien Vegetation (In Progress) - Lead: @Eriol_Eandur

@Ryiw and I are preparing the last two regions of Lothlorien for vegetation jobs. I had to remove quite a lot of trees in region 4 to get light to the ground and space for the new smaller trees. We are also working on the new streams running down from the Misty Mountains in regions 3 and 4 and all trees in region 4 were pasted in.

Misty Mountains (In Progress) - Lead: @Emilio_ & @Finrod_Amandil

I have been busy with exams and Emil is still enjoying some holidays; so no progress from the mountains for once!

EDIT: @aifendragon is just leading another Moor job while I'm writing the Times again! #aifen4valar

Moria (In Progress) - Lead: @Despot666 & @Finrod_Amandil

Despot and many other helpers, among them the chief fish @Credoo have worked and already completed another hall this week, intended for trading between Dwarves and other race's merchants from near and far.
Additionally we will close the pillar contest once and for all in a few hours and make our choice. Check the gallery to see what awesome submissions we got. We are also working on how we could reuse those creations that will not make it into the 2nd hall.

Pelargir (In Progress) - Lead: @Credoo & @kisos

The Eastern Slum is finished, complete with a watch tower and a large dock! All the fields around the norther slums are finished now as well, thanks to many adventurers building walls and roads. Several houses were built this week, by artists... and adventurers! (I added a few good job pics to my collection.) Again, you lot who claimed sections need to get to it!

With the Goblin Tribe being done, I started with @BeatHeav3N on the first Uruk cave. Wich is already in the process of ruining. In a few days we can start on the Evil Fortress of the Chieftain in the next cavern.

I know, the poll gave the Helms Deep Project Build as winner, but the terrain was not ready by today and I didnt have the time due to my exams. Helms Deep will hopefully follow next week.

You could try the Dynamic Lights Mod. I don't have it, but it seems good. On their minecraft forums page it says it works on multiplayer.
