    ~The MCME Times~ #41/15

Keep up the good work everybody! For some reason my Minecraft client no longer wants to work so I haven't been able to log in to check on things in several weeks, but the screenshots look great! Gondor is really starting to come alive!

    Finished Lothlorien Vegetation

Elves don't need furniture! They just roam around all day singing songs. ....right?

Moria - Stage 2: Idea collecting and fine planning

Didn't they mostly trade with Eregion, rather than Lothlorien anyway? That means that trade probably happened more through the West Door, rather than the East Door. So the Bridge of Khazad Dum probably wasn't used all that much for trade.

    Cracked Account

I think that's just an anachronism from several years back when Classic Minecraft was still a thing. Alpha/Beta/Full Release was sometimes referred to as Premium. I don't even know if Classic MC is even a thing anymore.

Moria - Stage 2: Idea collecting and fine planning

Wonder why they would have writing on that gauntlet? Unless it was the language of Morgoth (Black Speech? or did Sauron invent that?) I don't see why any writing would be use. Cool picture though. But yeah, the film Balrog is pretty amazing.

Moria - Stage 2: Idea collecting and fine planning

Probably already been discussed, but I figured I should bring this up, as I am re-reading Fellowship right now and they're in Moria right now. Gandalf makes a point that they now reached the habitable portion of Moria after a day or two's journey, about 15-20 miles inward, and that the total...

    Annuminas

Annuminas was abandoned much sooner than I thought. Thought it was around for about 800-1000 years. Still, that is pretty good evidence that it was a huge city. If I recall, at the end of the second age, Arnor was the greater of the Realms in Exile (being led by Elendil rather than his sons...

    Annuminas

I've said this on the server occasionally, and I know its probably impossible given how hilly the local geography is. Plus it *is* a lot of work. But wouldn't it make sense that Annuminas be about the same size of Osgiliath? They were both capitals of their respective realms at their peaks...

    Lindëfirion RP maps

Thanks for the welcome, I've been on the server for about 4 months now almost every day though. This was just my first forum post ;)

    Lindëfirion RP maps

First forum post! Look what was done in Rohan....lots of little towns all over the place, add a really nice touch. Also look how detailed the Shire is. Shire has about half the towns on the map (although each town itself is small). No reason why places like Western Gondor can have a slew of...
