Eriador Pack (discontinued) Version 2.1 for MC 1.16.2

Eriador RP was merged with Gondor RP to Human RP.

Ivan put a lot of work into updating the Eriador pack to our universal resource pack structure. This structur puts same or similar textures on the same blockstates. It will make transitions between regions much smoother once all packs are updated. So far Gondor and Eriador are following URPS.
