Middle Earth Banners 2016-10-03

Alright, this should finally fix it. Seriously though, why is there even the option to not specify a version name and thus post an empty update? Also the text for that is a bit confusing.

Since the download seems to load an outdated version of this resource, I'm trying to fix it by uploading the right version again. No changes from last version.

Thijs1801 requested the Swan Ship of Dol Amroth ("square_bottom_right") - and while I was at it I also added Durin's Crown over Hammer and Anvil for Moria and exile Dwarven settlements ("square_bottom_left").
Shield patterns included.

Spoiler: Examples

Updated with shield patterns for 1.9.

I also added the White Hand of Isengard ("skull") and a stained/damaged pattern ("bricks").
