the kicked for flying is a result of being OB. I promoted you to Adventurer and have now re-demoted you to oathbreaker you will need an Enforcer to tp you to spawn so you can do your OB walk to Isengard

I'm not sure if this is part of being OB, but I can't join the server anymore -- I just get the "connection was forcibly closed by remote host"

This IS a mistake. You should be able to join the server as OB. But I can't fix it, sorry. Probably an Enforcer can.
