I'll need some more information about your problem. Just some guesses:
Do you have Java Minecraft Edition? Unfortunately you can't join with Bedrock Minecraft.
Do you have Minecraft 1.16.5 or 1.17?
Also please use english in forums. If you can't speak english I suggest you use google translate. It works quite well. I use it right now as I don't speak any spanish at all.
