Opening statement
I greet you all, who now have arrived in that time of the year again where we'll be using GMT instead of BST. Why do we use those timezones you might wonder now. Well, truth is, I don't know, so if you believe it would be more practical for us to use some central asian timezone instead, let me know below .
So now, as you had one more hour of sleep, I bet you're all full to the brim with energy to enjoy this week's MCME Times!

Project Progress
Andrast (In Progress) - Lead: @jacenpeter
At last jacen's work is connecting to the rest of the White Mountains! All of Andrast has now been at least been started, and I am sure, that the terraforming soon will wind up!
Oh and have you seen jacen's awesome update post where he lays out all his research he did? No? Then check it out right now! Andrast (updated)
Belfalas (In Progress) - Lead: @Thijs1801
At this point I'd like to note that I am very well aware of the critics that are being raised, such as that "Gondor should be finished before we start revamping it" and the like. I agree on that. But on the other hand I had two staff members who were insanely passionate about realising this project. And as passion is probably the feeling we honor most on MCME, I gave the green light to revamp Dol Amroth after their visions, but before that I chased them through the worst planning hell ever and didn't give in until their plans were as elaborate and advanced that I could be sure that we would be taking a signifcant step forward from old to new Dol Amroth. So keep that in mind, Eag and Thijs are having a hard time with me being Head Designer
As of progress, they settled for where the new terrain shall be at now and have also started terraforming. Furthermore Eag kicked off some farms, but as we're still discussing about the style of the farmhouses this probably was a bit an early start...
Lamedon (In Progress) - Lead: @_Luk
Luk has experimented with some new ground vegetation around the second new, yet unnamed, Lamedon town, and it looks really fancy! Beside vegetation, terrain in northern Lamedon is now concluded, all that's left to do is fixing up some rivers in neighbouring valleys and match their widths and depths to a realistic combination.
Mordor Terrain (In Progress) - Lead: @Tyranystrasz
I havent heard of any specific progress, but Tyran was working on the map today, and is also constantly continueing his research in order to find out about new techniques that might make things look even better. Today he came up with that there might be a possibily to use biomes to change the color of water (beside the one of the Swampland biome) to create some very intrigueing patterns in the seas. Who knows where that might lead us to one day...
Moria (In Progress) - Lead: @Despot666 & @Finrod_Amandil
Awesome progress under the Lead of Beathaven in the Chamber of Light this week! The famous nostalgic waterslide has been installed (now just in a much more sensible setup) and tons and tons of houses have been built. Try to find the Toy Shop @Ganderp made, the interior is just adorable
Tolfalas (In Progress) - Lead: @Tyranystrasz
Whenever Tyran needs a timeout from working with WorldMachine he adds a few more houses to his village on Tolfalas, which was the case again this week.
Valley of Erui (In Progress) - Lead: @Mandos
As the Erui is leading up towards Minas Tirith, Mandos has decided to also quickly redo Minas Tirith while he's at it. Well, okay, not really. No worries, that won't happen! But what he found is that the terrain surrounding Minas and the terrain next to it don't really match together in terms of materials. Due to that he's changing the grass on these hillsides a bit to make it look more seamless.

Not too much progress on Belfalas this week; Thijs and Eag are busy with Dol Amroth, Beat is occupied with the Chamber of Light and Eriol is working hard on new plugin features.

Texture Development
First of all, a huge Thank You to @SmaugJuice and @DarthRagnar who each check a ton of locations as part of the MCME Texture Recordal in which we want to note down which textures have been used where.
There's still a lot of locations left though, and we did not even start the other Resource Packs! So please take yourself a few minutes to check through one or the other location. Instructions can be found here: The big MCME texture recordal
Then furthermore, @Beathaven, @P1eter and @_Luk are coming up with new texture concepts to be placed on the newly discovered blockstates. We've got a sandstone variant of the slit window from Pieter, blocks which are half cobble/half smooth stone and other combinations by Beat, as well as Sandstone bricks alternatives and cornerstones by Luk.

Plugin Development
Animation Plugin (In Progress) - Dev: @Ivan1pl
No news have reached my ear.
Plotbuild, Architect & Minigames (Implemented) - Devs: @Eriol_Eandur & @Ivan1pl
Custom inventories!
If one want to call it like that, this is a very early alpha version and we're still thinking about how handling it may be most intuitive and practical.
Rank UpdatesNo news have reached my ear.

I am very glad that I can report a large load of rank changes this week! Most pleased I am about a stunning four players who have made the step to the Artist rank! That is:
- @Ganderp
- @Eruantien
- @ZarukAcerbus (A member of the old days of 2012)
- @Demonataz (Returning from the Underworld (cuz that's where demon's live right?))
Lastly one piece of news which am less pleased about, and that is the resignation of @Brazen_Helm who has again been defeated by IRL obligations. But I will not fear that he won't be returning rather sooner than later
Media of the week
As Media contributions we have first off something I compiled myself, and that is a group picture of all MCME staff members as of October 2016! And yes, this is not really legit, only me and my second account plus some Photoshop magic were (ab)used to make this...
Secondly we have some sexy screenshots of sexy Pelargir by sexy @Tyranystrasz!
Check out all of them here: T-Rex's Screens

So, now I'm tired, so take this quote to round it up:
