help i can't use optifine 1.19 in the server

why i cant download optifine 1.19.

Sorry, I probably don't understand what you mean. Mincraft 1.19 is not yet relased.

the optifine will work on the server version 1.16.5 I've tried using optifine 1.18.5 in the server and it does not prevent chunks from unloaded so i recommend using 1.16.5 and uninstall the the latest version btw there's no optifine 1.19 yet do you mean minecraft or optifine version?
Your Optifine version MUST match your version of Minecraft. I have MC 1.18.1 and when I tried to use Optifine 1.16.5 it wouldn't even see the game. I went to Optifine's website and downloaded 1.18.1 and it works fine now. I don't even have any issues with the textures in /rp M on the server now.
