Also, have you heard that saying, "If you build it, they will come"? Expect an influx of short people with funny accents just randomly showing up!




P.S.

Plumbing? running water? or "treehouse in the ground" type of build?
 
No plumbing but it will have some kind of powersource for like a toaster or something like that.
 
I want a Hobbit home too. But NOOOOOOOOOO, money exists and therefore my Hobbit House doesn't.

Watching this thread with great interest.
Maybe this is a possible location for MCME events? :p
(Speaking of, what continent is this on?)

No plumbing?? Where do you think hobbits go to the bathroom at? Actually, that's a good question. Where do hobbits go to the bathroom? A bucket seems beneath them (no pun intended). Anyway, good luck on the project, can't wait to see more progress pics!

In the book they use hot/cold water in bucket to fill a bath. Just like in the time of your grand-parents (approximately)
