Okay, so i've been working some more in mershy mine and this is what i've done so far.

I've been working in the lift shaft/upper stairs thing.

Looks very good with shaders, though how does it look without them?
Some stuff I'd suggest is playing around with slabs for low water and also add plants that are in the actual water and don't have a block underneath them.

I did use half slabs in the water.
And yea, I could try adding some plants in the water and i'll post the pictures then

Okay so I put some reeds in the water and on the slabs and it looks a fair bit better but it's pretty time consuming. it does apply much more realism though

update:
I've been working on a castle rn which is why I haven't been uploading so much for the last two weeks.
I'm also working in moria and have built a hall in eastgold ( I didn't get any screenshots before the area wa redone)
