This wiki-page will show the lore and a screenshot of all the warps starting with the letter C.
My sources for the lore is the website tolkiengateway.net and for the screenshots the Minecraft Server build.mcmiddleearth.com. The place names are color coded to show the recommended resource pack:
- Orange for the Eriador resource pack
- Green for the Rohan resource pack
- Blue for the Gondor resource pack
- Gold for the Lórien resource pack

- Cair Andros
Cair Andros is an island in the River Anduin, between Anórien on the western shore and North Ithilien on the eastern shore. The island is long and narrow and at its northern end are sharp rocks, which split the waters of the upstream Anduin. Therefore Cair Andros got its name, which in Sindarin translates to "Ship of Long Foam". The island was of immense importance, mainly because of its strategical placement. It is the only way for an army to cross the Anduin from the east. As one of the only Projects in Gondor to be started on the old server, Cair Andros was led by @Irufush1, though it never exceeded a wool outline. @Thatruben with help of @Freshmilkymilk , started Cair Andros on the 25th of May 2014 and finished it the 8th of September 2015.

- Calembel
Calembel is a town in the Lamedon that stood above the fords of the River Ciril. Where the road from Erech crossed Ciril and passed on eastward. Calembel is the capital of the province of Lamedon. From the Ciril a wall surrounds the town until it meets the hill. Tolkien translated Calembel as "Greenham". Started on the 8th of February 2015 and finished on the 7th of may 2015. Calembel was created by @Ivan1pl and @otho . Most houses were built by adventurers on the freebuild. The small castle on the top was built by @_Luk and @Ivan1pl . The walls and the towers and gates were designed by @Ivan1pl and @otho . The towers near the ford were built by @Ma5terMinD . In the War of the Ring, Aragorn and the army of the Oathbreakers free the city of the allies of Sauron.

- Caras Galadhon
Caras Galadhon is the city and fortress of the Galadhrim of Lothlorien. It can be found in the wedge-shaped land between the RIver Celebrant and Anduin also known as Naith. Located on a green hill surrounded by a fosse and a wall. Large flets in the tress is where the inhabitants would dwell. On top of the hill one can find the greatest Tree of all one can find the house of Celeborn and Galadriel. Caraas Galadhon means ¨moated fortress of the trees¨ in Sindarin. Caras Galadhon was made over the course of 4 months by SMtg and Fawkes. The two organized a “Flet Freebuild” where community members could design their own flet by reserving a tree on the forums, which were then approved and implemented onto the server.

- Cardhi Medli
Cardhi Medli is a palace near the town of Rendul. It consists of a living building and a court. It is famous for its beautiful fountainsThe mansion of Cardhi Medli was built by @Beathaven in August 2015.

- Carrock
Carrock is a stony eyot in the upper reaches of the River Anduin, to the north of the old Ford. The river flows around the rock with a ford of stones to the eastern banks. From the base one can follow a natural looking stairs case to the top. The stair were built by Beor who also named the eyot. He climbed the eyot in the form of a bear (he was a Skin-changer) to watch the moon. It was here the Eagles dropped of Thorin and Company, where they rested in the cave that can be found at the base of the eyot.

- Cerin Amroth
Cerin Amroth is the mound in the heart of Lothlorien where one can find two rings of tees and one great tree with a white flet. It held the house of the king before he was lost. Named after Amroth the former Lord of Lorien. Celeborn and Galadriel became lord and lady of Lorien after this.

The basic terrain is finished, but the building is on hold.

- Citadel of Minas Tirith
The citadel of Minas Tirith is the city's strongest point, surrounded by high walls and battlements. To get to the Citadel one should pass all the seven levels that surround it. The citadel houses the Court of the Fountains, the Tower of Ecthelion and its court with the White Tree. The Citadel was designed in a build competition by @wheelleee and @Glov . The pattern in front was designed by @Freshmilkymilk with help from @Pheonixsang on the gardens.

- City of the Dead
The City of the Dead is a large cavern in the underground complex called 'Paths of the Dead'. The complex was inhabited by ghosts, who were cursed by Isildur, after they refused to fight for him.
The complex was built by Despot666.

- Coaldael
Coaldael is a poor mining village in Belfalas; Gondor. The town consists of 25 houses, a garden, two silo's and a mine. Coaldael was not mentioned by Tolkien, it is just a village made up by MCME. The village was led by @thomasd_17 .

- Combe
The Bree-land were made up out of four settlements, Combe being one of these. It lays in a deep valley on the eastern side of the Bree-Hill. Not so distant from Bree and Archet and somewhat north of Staddle. It is inhabited by both Men and Hobbits.

- Coralia
Coralia is a walled town on the island of Tolfalas, Gondor. It has about 20 houses, mostly stone. This is probably because of the lack of wood on the island. The town is not canonical, it is made up by the project staff. It is built by @Tyranystrasz as part of his Tolfalas project.

Cremirk is the warp to Mirkwood, but you will only find some basic terrain. This region has not yet come to be built.

- Crick's Hill
Crick's hill is a small village in the north of Anfalas. Surrounded by some big farms and very close to the ruined keep called Barad Eglan. To the north one finds the White Mountains. This village was created by @Wroxxite in April 2016.

- Crickhollow
In the northern part of Buckland one can find the Hobbit hole Crickhollow. Noreast of Bucklebury and to the south of the village of Newbury Close to the great hedge that protects the bucklanders from the Old Forest.

- Cross-Roads
It's here where the north-south Harad Road was crossed by the east-west road from Osgiliath to Minas Ithil. This poin in the land of Ithilien is called the Cross-Roads of the fallen King. It is maintained by the Men of Gondor who built the statue of the king which can be seen on the side of the crossing.

- Cyen Manor
Cyen Manor is a mysterious, forsaken mansion in Gondor. It was built and made up by @Thijs1801 . It is not mentioned by Tolkien in the books.
